Despite the rather short amount of time between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year (seriously, who planned out the calender?!), I managed find time to recruit my two favorite nieces to make some Christmas cookies. Thanks to their gift to me last Christmas, we expanded our shape options to include candy canes, snowflakes, and snowmen, as well as the traditional stars and trees. :)
